Editorial Campaign

I shot this editorial campaign during my Erasmus exchange in Wiesbaden, Germany, my first time working with a full team in a professional studio setup, real cameras and lighting instead of just editing found images. Being in a different country, I wanted to bring a piece of my own culture into the project, so I chose Antic Art, a Turkish jewelry brand rooted in Aegean and Mediterranean design, as the inspiration. I built the whole shoot around that mood: warm, sun-worn tones, and a styling direction that felt more like ancient adornment than a typical jewelry ad. It came together into a 12-page lookbook, cover to close.

Being away from home, working in a language and a studio culture that wasn't mine yet, pushed me to figure things out on the spot in a way my usual process doesn't. I had to direct a team I'd just met, adjust when something didn't translate the way I'd pictured it, and trust my instincts faster than I was used to. It's one of the projects that taught me the most, not just about photography, but about working under real production conditions, and about how much of this work comes down to communicating clearly under pressure.
